There are at least two things about the command-line syntax that are currently quite unintuitive: 1. The way that action costs are specified for the landmark count heuristic. 2. The way that preferred operators are specified for the landmark count heuristic. Both of these should be fixed in a way that makes these heuristics more in line with the rest of the planner.
