Last remaining option caveat: 
- The way that preferred operators are specified for the landmark count 
  heuristic (issue160).

We already have issue160 for this, and it's linked from the landmark meta-issue.

I've updated the summary to reference that issue instead. I suggest to close this one. It's already got its own issue and is additionally tracked by a meta-issue.

issue846 was related to this open point, but doesn't fix it.
Nevertheless, this is now essentially a meta-issue (although not officially such) with only one item in it, and I think we can close it. I'll check the landmark meta-issue to see if this general point is already mentioned there. Feel free to mark this one as resolved independently of this.

#1 has been fixed in issue776.

There are at least two things about the command-line syntax that are currently
quite unintuitive:

1. The way that action costs are specified for the landmark count heuristic.

2. The way that preferred operators are specified for the landmark count heuristic.

Both of these should be fixed in a way that makes these heuristics more in line
