With the merge of issue108 heuristics have a new option whether to cache their
heuristic estimates or not. The current default is that all heuristics store
their estimates, which is for example for the blind heuristic not suitable. We
should try and find out for which heuristics storing the estimates is beneficial
and for which it isn't, and add according default values.
