I think this is one is fully subsumed by issue64, so I'm closing it.

We can solve this together with issue64.

Create a directory/namespace for:
* Search Algorithms (General Eager/Lazy, A*, WA*, EHC, ...)
* Heuristics (except those with their own sub-directories - FF, hmax, CG, CEA, ...)
* Merge-and-Shrink
* Evaluators (Weighted, Sum, G, Preference, ...)
