I created issue1091 to separate adding the new cost partitioning strategies from making the setup in terms of options and plugins.

The "prototype" is in the Scorpion repo (https://github.com/jendrikseipp/scorpion). I always wanted to integrate the code into Fast Downward, but never found the time. Happy to work with you on this, Clemens!

The "integrate" sounds like there is a prototype for this somewhere. Is this the case and if yes, can somebody point me to it? In any case, I'd be very interested to look into this topic, so let me know if somebody else would like to work on this with me.

To make it easier to get this going, I'm reducing the scope of the issue to only be about integrating saturated cost partitioning for landmark heuristics.

I'd like to integrate saturated cost partitioning, greedy zero-one cost 
partitioning, post-hoc optimization and the canonical heuristic for landmark 
heuristics.
