I'm classifying this as a "documentation bug". Not sure if "infrastructure" is
the best keyword for this.

The wiki page http://www.fast-downward.org/Literature (linked from the main
page) is badly out of date. It predates the use of references in the main
documentation and refers to Malte's Uni Freiburg page as the main information
source for papers on Fast Downward.

I suggest that we rephrase the general parts to make them more accurate, keep
the more generic references on that page (for the Fast Downward paper and the
translator paper; other suggestions welcome) and move the more specific ones to
the parts of the docs they relate to. I would also mention that more specific
references are given in the detailed docs.

Any volunteers?
