I removed the script in the default branch.

I say we get rid of it! :-)
I made a note into the other issue to point that we could use that script.

I don't think we need to keep it.

However, Guillem and I might want to cannibalize parts of it for a make-release
script or some script that Guillem was talking about that could do a test run of
the singularity container, so perhaps we should let it live for a few weeks
longer or until these tasks are done, whatever is shorter? Of course we could
also look at historical versions of the script instead.

I propose to remove the obsolete misc/make-ipc-submission script.
