The emails in the issue tracker work again.

The problem was that with the restart of the docker container, we also tear down the network. The new network that was setup by docker, didn't follow the rules of the previous configuration (it was in a completely different range). We added the new network range to the firewall rule on aidev and we also added it in the postfix mail configuration.

I will update the documentation in the infrastructure repo.
