OK, this is essentially done, and what remains to be done is mentioned in issue61.

Clarification: what is meant is the layout of the source code for the search
component, which is currently a flat directory in the trunk, but has a bunch of
subdirectories in FDTech. We want to have those subdirectories too, except
"heuristics", which shall be part of the main planner directory.

Unify directory layouts between the various branches, mostly following the
current layout in FDTech.
